The 2D Bulk Flow Singulator System uses visual recognition technology and controls the independent movement of units to realize parcel singulation. In general, the 2D Bulk Flow Singulator System consists of four parts: an input section, a diverging & singulating section, a centering section, and a gapping section:
Input section: Detects the presence of parcels through sensors, controls belt conveyors to start or stop, and inputs parcels into the system.
Diverging & singulating section: Locates parcels through cameras, sends signals to the PLC, and controls servo motors to diverge and singulate parcels.
Centering section: Centers the separated parcels, ensuring that they are centered when entering the next section.
Gapping section: Calculates the distance between parcels through photoelectric sensors, and increases the distance between the parcels whose spacing does not meet the set value, to line up the parcels.

With WZ-GE industrial cameras as its core, the system incorporates cutting-edge technologies including deep learning, image processing, and sensor control. The system conducts precise analysis of collected image data, enabling precise detection, identification, and positioning of various parcels.
The system further intelligently singulates, gaps, and sequences parcels based on actual sorting requirements by using drive control technology. In this way, the disorderly parcels are conveyed into subsequent automated sorting equipment in set spacing and in sequence.
